This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Root 22 Dispensary (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), located at 1062 US Rt 22, Somerville, NJ 08876, regarding your use of our website, digital services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, including browsing our menu and placing orders for in-store pickup.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of the State of New Jersey.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our Services without permission
- Use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt any part of the Services
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or extract data
- Resell or misuse any products or services obtained through our platform
- Misrepresent your age or identity to access restricted content or products
Cannabis Compliance Disclaimer
All products listed or sold are subject to New Jersey state cannabis laws and regulations.
- Purchases are limited to individuals 21+ with valid identification
- Orders placed online are for in-store pickup only
- All purchases are subject to verification at the dispensary
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not in compliance with applicable laws
Cannabis products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including text, graphics, logos, branding, and website content, are owned by Root 22 Dispensary or its licensors.
This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
User Content
If you submit any content (such as reviews, feedback, or communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.
Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
- Taxes and applicable fees may be added at checkout
- Placing an order online does not guarantee availability
- Orders must be completed and verified in-store
Updates & Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of our Services or this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Root 22 Dispensary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use our Services
- Purchase or use of cannabis products
- Errors or inaccuracies in product listings
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within New Jersey.
